Man found dead after 10 months of abduction |

Police recovered the decomposed body of a man at Ghatudia village in Dumuria upazila today after 10 months of his abduction.
Police said Wasek Trafadar, 35, was abducted on June 18, 2008 from the village and the abductors also took away his motorbike. His wife filed an abduction case with the local police station the following day.
Having bad odour near a canal, local people informed police this morning. Later, they dug out Wasek’s decomposed body from the bank of the canal.
Police said the miscreants might have stabbed him to death recently and dumped the body under the earth.
